I have lived at Sylvan Glen apartments for 6 years and I am very happy here! The manager, Jenny and the maintenance staff are very nice and if something is wrong it is fixed very fast! Being so close to Breitbeck Park is a fantastic bonus!!

As for the time I've lived in my apartment I have felt very comfortable, in my building and with my neighbors. As well as the professional staff, my landlord and the maintenance team has made me feel very welcome and comfortable in my home. I have come to love my apartment and if I have problem or need help with anything in my apartment the maintenance team will be there in no time and it is very comforting to know. As for being a first time renter this experience has been amazing!

More than great. Jenny (the community manager) and the maintenance guys were awesome, always friendly. Nearly never had an issue in 2yrs and if we did they extremely quick to fix it or come up with a solution. Highly recommend for the people alone.
