Primitive camping sites on a wonderful island! The bird songs throughout the day are a joy to listen to.

Only accessible by boat on the Columbia River. This is an island in the middle of the river between Saint Helens Oregon and Woodland Washington. The island has two docks opposite from the Saint Helens City docks and Marina. There are a number of small, closely spaced campgrounds. As well as two unisex restroom buildings on either endpoint of the island. In my opinion the campgrounds are too small and too close together. You can buy firewood on the island oh, but remember you can only get there if you have a boat

It's a lovely island with beautiful views. You can get the shuttle across between 8am and 8pm. Access all hours if you have a boat.

The maintained campground has been changed to a pay camp area , but you can camp on the sand beaches and undeveloped areas for free if that is your wish,
No. I believe only class C. or D.
No it's an island. Boat access only. They do have a ferry. And possibly if your class a floats 😉.
Nobody seems to enforce any camping rules out there. But if you are talking about the North end of the island, I would avoid it only because that is the windward side typically and you will hit a lot of wind.
