Meg and Mark were both great to work with and went beyond what I expected of them. I had a email problem so I thought I notified them I wanted to extend my rental and I hadn't yet they were very understanding and worked with me. Where some places might have blown up my phone (which would of also been understandable to and extent) after being away from my phone all day their was only one message left from then inquiring if I wanted to extend my rental (which made me realize my email didn't go thru). My bill was a little higher than anticipated (my fault not theirs) and they went do far as to wait a few hours to run my card so that it would go thru without resulting in extra fees for me. I would highly recommend rental from here and would suggest you jump on the chance to work with Meg and/or Mark if the situation arises. Their both very polite and won't leave you disappointed.

From the first moment the Enterprise Rental Associate, Kevin contacted me to begin completing the necessary paperwork, he made everything easy. He showed me the cars available detailing their features. After I chose a Lincoln Nautilus (great car!!), Kevin went through the information I needed, we did a walk-a-round, then I was ready to go. Kevin answered all of my questions and was very polite, not pushy.
