Everytime I go there the latte machine is always down....when it isn't down, the coffee taste old and burnt. This is the only dunkins that I have this problem with. The Palmyra and macedon dunkins are better and the latte machines work

Ordered at 9:38 AM, didn't pull out of the drive thru until 9:50. This Dunkin has consistently been this slow for the last three years. It's like the place just has this air of detest and worker's remorse. You should 100% spend more time on this location, as all residents of this town actually love the idea of it and would patronize you more... If your drive thru wasn't out to the road!

This place is a joke!!! Long ,long wait in line no matter the drive through or walk . They still can't get the order right or ready 😠 even if you order online way before you get there. I'm done with Dunkin.

I took my elderly mother there this week for a treat. The lady that waited on us was exceptional. She made my mom laugh and took such good care of her that I had to write a review. Her name was Mary and store #310372 We visited on Thursday April 14 at 5pm. Great job... I will bring her again Thank you
