I had a scheduled eye exam this week at the Plattsburgh NY office. My experience was positive as it was last year; I was given all the time I needed; the selection of frames is excellent. I was prepared for a repeat telemedicine consult (same as last year) because I did my homework. A good outcome often takes a compatible effort. Thanks

Did you know you don't have to see their Doctor? You can still see your normal eyecare doctor and bring your prescription to Visionworks! Wearing glasses can be stylish! Worth the wait time for appointment! Been going here for years. Always knowledgeable and friendly staff. Eye exams are now virtual, so make sure you're eligible first. They always work to find the best possible insurance coverage deal to get you into your best fitting glasses/contacts. I have referred many people & they always thank me.

Absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Had eye exams waited 25 min standing just to pay for 1 last exam. Rude man not sure his name bald with glasses older looking probably in his 60’s proceeds to take 4 different groups of individuals who walked in and take care of them I say can I just pay for the exam and he snaps at me great way to talk to a customer asks someone to check us out tells my husband to stand now my husband proceeds to tell him to back off and not speak to him like that and this guy is like oh I’m not scared of you really buddy that is how you speak to customers. Terrible service if you actually have insurance they completely rip you off and charge astronomical fees and just make it up as they go!!!! Avoid this place at all cost!
