Got woke up by loud guest down by the grilling area. I was on the 3rd floor and still I could hear them. They were drunk and loud at 330am. Sat/Sunday morning. Couldn't get a hold of the front desk. I went down at 5am and it turns out extended stay employees were back there being the loud with the guest. Saw them walking in with a bottle of wine, a little out of it . To be fair, I don't know if they were drinking or on the clock, but I've never seen extended stay employees sleep overnight. Even worst, party with drunk guest and make others uncomfortable and unable to sleep.

We loved our stay. It felt like a home away from home. I stayed with my teenager and my toddler in a room with a bed and a pull out couch in a full-size kitchen and very spacious bathroom and we loved it. The staff was always really kind, every time we needed an amenity they were prompt and courteous. They were understanding with quite a few situations that we had, with my oldest son having autism. One day, one of the front desk ladies gave me a piece of chocolate for me and each of my children just to be cool. The rooms are clean, the grounds were clean, and the location was pretty amazing. Every kind of food you could think of and lots of grocery stores. About a 15 minute drive in any direction to any part of town. Even the other hotel guess that I encountered were friendly and ripping a hotel that takes animals, they really keep the premises clean and there were only a few times where I could smell the presence of an animal. Which is understandable especially as different animals come in. The maids staff and maintenance are always very kind, and always at work making the environment better. There’s a nice little area behind the hotel for you to sit out and grill some food or get some sun, socialize with other people or take your dogs out. There is laundry on site and a vending machine with snacks and one with drinks. We loved our room. We loved our stay. So much that we want the exact room when we come back next summer. The morning manager Liz was always really friendly and helpful, and the maintenance man James was always smiling and just made you feel at home. And addition to everything I said, they also have very reasonable rates, and you can add to the great prices by joining their extended perks club and easily find coupons for great deals. Definitely satisfied with this company in this location. Thanks for a wonderful visit.
