Smash burger has the best sandwiches on campus. But the service has been lagging with this grubhub system. I always have to open my bag and make sure they gave me what I ordered. A month ago I ordered a Crispy Chicken with the works and all I got was a chicken filet in a bun, no lettuce, tomato, nothing. Another time I asked for ketchup and didn't get any.

Excellent place to eat on campus. In my own experience, the food items are delicious, and the customer service was quite good. Try out any of the burgers. They are definitely a good alternative instead of eating at the dining halls.

On ND campus, on a game day. Place was packed. The entire operation was an efficient, customer-centric coordination of friendly students. Clearly not their first time out.

Although it's called Smashburger, I think their classic chicken sandwich is their best item. It's juicy and filling. Also, the Smashtots aren't worth the premium. If you're in the mood for tots, the plain old fashioned ones will do the job.
