Last weekend Sep 1st my husband went to buy alternator for his car as he needed to change it. He was sold a bad alternator for $360 and our car again couldn’t start. The sales rep that sold the part didn’t even check to see if the part was working properly. He also charged extra $100 to replace it so in total we paid $460 for a part that was defective. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS LOCATION AND SALES REP. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT SALES AND THEY WILL SEE YOU BAD PARTS. Mind you I have 2 kids and god forbid if anything would have happened to our car in the middle of a freeway I would have definitely filed a law suit on this companyThanks for your feedback, Azeena.
