Had a great time at this Bdubs for three days in a row. It was a chill place with spot on good you expect from the franchise. I docked 'em a star because ownership and management should reconsider offering a happy hour. It was dead inside most days and that might go a long way in increasing your business. The servers were friendly and made great drinks.

Upon ordering we all recieved our beverages, however an alcoholic beverage was not as pictured or as stated alcohol. Easy fix however attention to detail would have negated incident. Then waited nearly entire meal for fries requested.

Had a wonderful experience with my waitress but 1 problem. THE. BATHROOM. STINKS. Worst smell ever. Please fix it. Get some air freshener or something. I ‘bout passed out. I’m in tears writing this. Very traumatic. I rate bathroom experience 1/10

I have came in the past. The waitresses I would get were not the greatest. Today 4-15. I want to praise Alexis. She was courteous and came to check on us the perfect amount of times. I know its hard being short handed and busy but she kept a great attitude.

Tuesday and Thursday are they Best specials
If they are I wouldn't watch it there. Went last night man and my whole group got crapped on. Worst service weve had there. You think a Friday night would br better but nope. Horrid, everything when we finally got it was cold and bad. Friend never got his diet dew. I never got a to go box. Ended up just taking the pan with me. When we asked our server where are stuff was he started getting an attitude with us. I never got silver ware either. My friend went up to the waiter station and grabbed them.
