I have had to stay in Burlington due to a very sick family member at the hospital. Tim answered my desperate plea for an afordable room rate during peak tourist season in VT. The hotel is perfect, the rooms are so homey. I am so grateful this hotel gave me a safe haven when my world was crashing.

Pretty well kept and very clean. Staff was all very pleasant. Lots of options for breakfast, though it’s not a normal buffet due to covid. Overall pricy but we have no complaints.

Very unimpressed with what Marriott haw become. Room is okay but smelled like garbage. Was told at check in that they weren’t doing daily cleaning and that if we wanted new towels we would have to get them ourselves. Breakfast consists of lukewarm jimmy deans breakfast sandwiches, cold cereal, and prepackaged muffins or bagels. Would be fine if the room was 80 or 120 a night, but for 300+ per night I expect way way more.

The prices are outrageous! Decent rooms but not worth what they charged me. Close to $200 a night for a basic 2 double beds. I would of got a suite in other places!
