I had bottles to return & I needed a case of bottled water. And this Price Chopper store was close as I was already in Cohoes. Just a quick in & out. This is a small store as it's been there for decades.

Lack of merchandise (but they are trying to do better). Meat department leaves much to be desired! Aisles are difficult to navigate with all the bulk items left on the floor. Cashiers, deli counter workers and customer service reps are often rude or dismissive.

The staff has exceptional customer service from cashier up to Manager. Only 1 drawback location has limited selections 25% less square footage.

Check the Best Buy dates on any meat or poultry. I purchased chicken that had already went bad. It was the day of the best buy date on the package that i had purchased it and when i went to cook it the following day it smelled wicked bad. Definitely check the Best Buy dates here.
