This is the place if you are looking for a spa. These guys go above and beyond to try and help. Their knowledge of hot tubs and spa's is remarkable. But the #1 reason to go here is customer service, these guys run their business the way a business should be ran. Their pride in their business reflects in their store (which is so clean and nice) and their knowledge . If a PHD was given in the spa industry these guys would have it. This is the best place to buy your hot tub. We have had hot tubs for about 30 years and are on our third one. We use the tub daily every day of the year - rain or shine!! The latest one we bought last year at SpaCo and it has been the best one yet! Not only was the initial price great they have fantastic service. They are quick to be there if any problem arises. Our first tub was a basic Hot Springs model which was a little pricey but never required any service over a period of over 14 years. The next tub was a disaster from the day we purchased it from Rich's Hot Tubs. It was a Caldera and needed constant repairs. Rich's' service department was very slow to respond and terrible to work with. They did not want to honor the warranty and were very nasty to work with. We also had this hot tub about 14 years. Close to the time we replaced this tub we had expensive repair work done by Puget Sound Spas. This company was a ripoff and after wasting several thousand dollars in repairs we decided to replace the tub. That was the best decision we ever made. Very happy to have a reliable reasonably priced hot tub now!!!
