This place is running a scam. They failed to inspect the vehicle properly prior to my rental for cleanliness as well as to report damages done by the previous renter and now I'm footing the bill. They performed an approximately 20 second walk through work me for my rental when I picked it up and when I returned the rental washed and vacuumed, stated I altered the condition of the vehicle. They filed an unwarranted and fraudulent claim against my insurance company and charged my credit card the 500 deductible. I'm now stuck paying for damages from the previous renter because enterprise, in their haste to secure a new renter, failed to properly inspect or clean the vehicle. If I could give zero stars , I would. Beware of this company!!!!! I would not recommend a single person to give them one penny of their money. Please take your money elsewhere to avoid being scammed like I was!

I rented a car at Somerdale town in NJ. I got a Toyota Corolla, the only car they got in the lot. Was not too happy, this car is a “compact car” to me, but there was any one available. In summary I didn’t have a good experience with the customer service and neither with the car. For starters, the Passenger side windshield was smeared like if somebody had splashed liquid on it and they didn’t bother clean it. it was disgusting but it was on the passenger side, so i tried to ignore it. Then 2 days later the sign of a tire losing air shown on the dashboard, I didn’t feel safe driving it. That is when I decided to return it earlier then expected. I always liked Enterprise, the customer service at other states are much better that this one at Somerdale NJ-
