Drive thru line always long....ordering ahead is pointless because you have to wait in the drive thru because they rarely have the lobby open for curbside pickup. Some of the staff are amazing. So the poor quality of the operation has to be management. It took 30 min to get through the drive thru to get my coffee I ordered on the app.

Stopped for coffee!! Was a little high but no where to sit or wash your hands at WOODMOORE SHOPPING center Dunkin Doughnuts!! They need to open there store!! Where people can wash hands after buying food items
