I’m very disappointed in the.”service” that I received while looking for a new trailer. First, I was put on hold several times while waiting for someone to help me and then he made it sound like it was my fault. When I was helped I told him what I was looking for and than I was asked if they had it in stock. I said I don’t know that’s why I’m calling to find out. Didn’t seem to eager to help me out and but finally said he didn’t have one. I asked if he could order me one so I could trailer my new side by side. The reply was maybe. I asked how much is the trailer…… The reply was I don’t know, I have to send off for a quote which will take a day or two. I haven’t heard a peep back and it has been 4 days. Went to another place today who was eager to help and drove away with a new trailer. I now know a place that will never get my business again.
