This Dunkin is an embarrassment to the brand. It’s filthy. They’ve made my order wrong every time because they won’t read the order back to the customer to verify accuracy and they just don’t care. They don’t give napkins unless the customer asks. Napkins with food should be a given. I’m not sure why, but their coffee tastes burnt. It doesn’t taste like the coffee from any other Dunkin I’ve been to. Is it even Dunkin coffee, or is it Folgers? There is always trash in the drive-through. The property isn’t kept up. They have half the dining room closed off for “remodeling” and really it’s just full of trash and old toilets just sitting there. How appetizing.

Got cold drinks instead of hot ones like I ordered. I ask for a receipt the girl at the window said they were out of paper, then when I said the drinks were supposed to be hot she told me I had to go back around and reorder. Maybe if the boy taking the order wouldn't have been flirting with the girls and doing his job my order would have been right. But I guess that's what you get for having a bunch of teens that dont want to work. Went home with cold drinks. Highly disappointed.

We went to Dunkin at 10:30 on a Saturday morning these no brained people can’t make an order, The girl at the cashier messed up three people‘s orders while also charging us for food that we didn’t order. They also don’t understand what your asking for, or what their own deals are. So after not being able to figure out how to give us the refund, we were waiting for our food.Only to find out that everything was wrong the coffee didn’t have cream or sugar and or bagels were even what we ordered. DO NOT GO HERE. Save your time and pay the extra money for Starbucks, or even McDonald’s where your orders will be right.

I’ve lived in the area for a few years now, so this was my go-to Dunkin when I would go. I’ve gone a few times over the past few weeks and there always seemed to be an issue with my order. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and be patient because they are SO busy in the mornings. But when I order something specific and it’s missing or not there, it’s not my fault if you have to take a minute to put whipped cream on my drink when it’s clearly on the label. Most of the staff are nice and friendly, but I don’t appreciate the slight attitude when my order isn’t made right. Another recent issue seems to be burning my bagel when I ask for it to be toasted light. The issues only seem to be over the last month or so, so I hope they can work it out so the labels and order tickets are clearly understood.
