I love Dunkin Donuts coffee because it's hot and ready when I get there, but lately I have been getting more coffee grounds in the cup. If you get rid of the grounds in my cup you'll get a better review!!!

5 because we did actually receive what we intended and thought we ordered! 5 because that was an interesting ordering experience, haven't stopped laughing and shaking my head yet! I guess/hope the person who took our orders was a new employee.

I agree.but they won't come back unless enough people complain. Not to a clerk, but to management. That's the way blueberry flavor was brought back. Being back the Cruellers.
