This place needs to get more people that know what they are doing and work in a fast pace. I ordered a few things and they forgot my donut, ordered a breakfast sandwich and received a bagel? Never did I ask for a bagel. And when I went in to show them I didn’t receive my donut they gave me an attitude like I was at fault for them not getting the order correct. Then told me it would be 20 minutes for them to make me a sandwich. All I can say is what a joke!

I just wanna shout out to the Dunkin’ Donuts for being amazing even though your drive-through was slammed I came in I was greeted with a smile, and got excellent service. Whoever was running the drive-through and the cashier, what a kind gentleman you are my friend. Thank you for being amazing in the service industry. I also work in the industry & since the pandemic people have lost all touch with reality of how to be a good human lol. My munchkins were amazing & my coworkers were thankful for the sugar snack lol. My egg & cheese croissant was also amazing! Thank you for your outstanding service my friend!
