Terrible service. When I call about a part I shouldn't have to call back 45 mins later for you to tell me your gonna call me back again and turns out when I call back after another hour for the manager to tell me it's not at that store he was calling. SO WHY WASNT I CONTACTED! THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE THIS PART FOR ME ALREADY ON HOLD. I insisted on paying for it so it would be on hold, but of course it wasnt so thank you WILLIAM B for your terrible advice and not inspiring to do what the customer wanted. And the manager didnt really listen to my complaint and cut me off mid sentence trying to explain my situation. Terrible service.
