Other O'Reilly 's usually go way beyond to help and figure out the best solution. This one didnt seem like they were motivated to help figure our problem. Which it ended up being an easy one.. and I ended up having to lay on the pavement and get dirty to try different pieces that was missing under the car until I, not the worker, found the right part ...

Honesty from a sales person/Technician (which are the store associates?) should be commonplace. Tell me why the Butler Missouri locations ass informed me my battery was bad? Took it elsewhere to be tested and it was Good! This is unacceptable!
