They have some serious staffing issues and need to quickly get something fixed. Even using the app does not help to speed things up. I love Sonic, but I will drive to Jonesboro until something is better at Trumann. I can drive to Stadium Sonic get an order and get back to Bay faster than I got my order last Sunday.

We waited 5 minutes and no one answered after pushing the red button. I understand they were busy but that's too long. While we were waiting there were 2 or 3 servers sitting down at the picnic tables talking to a small group of people. We left.

Sonic works well with its app and their speedy CarHop service is just the icing on the cake. The food is always good I've never had a bad experience at Sonic
