Rude, impatient, no respect to customers. Not just to me but anyone in there. The slowest DMV I've ever been to. They didn't wait on people in the order they arrived. I was turned away because they closed 40 minutes early on my previous visit. 3 people working and only one lady doing anything. It's not a place anyone enjoys going to anyway. There's no need for the attitude and disrespect they have toward people. I'd say go elsewhere. I won't be going back.

Literally the fastest easiest license renewal I have ever been through. The lady at the counter was as kind as a human being can be. So if your experience with the DMV has been like mine in the past, go the extra distance to pinckneyville Illinois to get all of your DMV needs taken care of. Certainly worth it. Less than 10 minutes in the facility total.

I love their facility. The workers are so nice and helpful! Good at getting you in and out to, without waiting in line like most dmvs
