Casino was so-so, non smoking but had an attached smoking deck, was driving through and figured I’d stop to escape construction in area, not impressed by security and the fact, they take your picture, repeated my information several times, asked if I had a speeding ticket recently, which I hadn’t but they sure did pretend to know a lot about me when clearly they didn’t. I just wanted to gamble for a little bit before heading back out but instead you feel like the casino wants to run a background check on you before entering. I’ll save myself from any future Harrahs/Caesars experiences in future because for some reason verifying that you’re 21 needs to be such an extremely annoying process.

Located in the heart of metropolis IL home of superman. On the river! Rooms are my favorite. Fun playing area if you like to gamble, and breakfast is great here! I don't know if she to covd19 procedures the breakfast for hotel customers is open yet again but in the past it was so good.

First the casino, second time visiting had an absolute blast. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with teaching me how to play the games. Loved the variety that was offered. Loved that they offer complimentary soft drinks and water and the alcoholic drink were fairly priced and made well. Next the hotel rooms-Very spacious and clean was able to get plenty of rest. The bathrooms are amazing, the toilet was off in its own little room this way the whole bathroom wasn't occupied. Didn't like there was a microwave in the room or even in the ice machine area. Had left over food from the restaurant and wasn't able to reheat it(Saved it for when we came home). Also didn't understand why they change a resort fee. No other events or activates were available. Lastly the restaurant-We visited Bridges for dinner- Everything was absolutely amazing. From the price to the food to the amazing staff. Went back for breakfast and again was absolutely amazing even had leftovers again. Overall the staff were all professional and friendly. The entire stay was great and memorable will definitely be back.
