Hired as night shift front desk last week, and my wife has worked here 3 times over last 2 years as a housekeeper. At first she liked it but then realized management was involved in stealing tips from her and other housekeepers. Some are rude and always in and out of trouble with the law in this town for drugs. My 4 days at work seemed harmless at first but then my wife asked me to look at the security cameras to see who was going in her rooms before her. Sure enough the head of housekeeping was entering rooms before housekeepers could begin to clean them. (stealing tips) The General Manager appears to be in on the scams on his own employees. The Hotel is older and the pool and spa have been allowed to grow mold and mildew throughout the hotel. Hardly any maintenence has been done on anything. The Speedway no longer has races and stores Amazon Trailers and Ford trucks. The Food is not cooked or handled properly by staff for breakfast. Contacted Wyndham Corporate about the issues with theft of tips and treatment of employees. If I was a paying customer, I would choose a better option. However there are not many choices in this area for the price. They do not professionally treat for Bedbugs after many are found. Buyer Beware.

We stayed 2 nights ( was supposed to be 3). The rooms snell terrible. I can say rooms because my daughter and grandson had their own room. Dirty and rundown is being kind. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. That’s the only reason I gave a 2 rating. Not staying at a Ramada again!

The carpet in the hallway on floor 3 is disgusting. The tub in our room will hardly drain.The AC on high barely cools the room.The AC in the lobby was out completely this morning and there was no AC in the elevator, which made it dangerous for my special needs daughter. And I ask 2 different front desk employee could we have a noon check out because it takes longer for us to pack up with a special needs child and they both said no. Only 1 of the 3 machines in the fitness room work. The whole place needs a major overhaul. I guess you pay for what you get. Only reason we even needed a hotel was we had issues with our camper at the last minute and had to book a hotel instead of staying at campground on our visit to the Ark. I can't believe this property is a Wyndham hotel.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Pool was great and kept clean. Breakfast was great and even they had a small area to get food at night so you didn't have to go anywhere for food unless you didn't like the food they offered but it was great. Rooms was very clean and beds were super comfortable. Will stay agai next time in that location
