Highly suggest that if you are a T-Mobile customer or wanting to become one from the Georgetown area to hit up this guy great guy reasonable dude and really genuinely helps the customers well at least me in every way he can I had a great experience at T-Mobile specifically at the store thanks Sheldon!

I went to the store and complain about my payment. The service person at the store said he was going to take care of it. I went there 3 days straight, he still haven't took care of it. I called him up on Saturday he told me. He still was going to take care of it, that he was too busy to take care of it. So I went to a different T-Mobile and they found out that this T-Mobile store is filiated with T-Mobile they are not experienced. The guy think that he knows his job, and he don't. And I'm very disappointed with the service that I had coming from Sprint

I was about to leave sprint/t-mobile and go to AT&T. Well it was a nightmare. I have a signal booster on the way to hopefully to fix why I was going to leave. The people at this particular store helped so much. I am so glad they were there to help me resolve the issues I had today. I was in the store for like 5 hours.

More concerned with her phone than talking to me. Your store next to Kroger is way more professional!! We were going to stick with Verizon but my daughter saw a new store on the way home.
