We stopped in on 7/28/22 and got a waitress named Abby. When I tell you this young lady was on point, fast, courteous, and took care of us as well as the other tables she had. She done absolutely amazing!!! Best service we have had in a long long time. And we normally dine at Tony's in Lexington, Jeff Ruby's, and Coles. This young lady has a good future. And the food tonight was outstanding by Ocharleys. We haven't been in some time, but tonight it was so good!!! Good job to the kitchen as well!!!!

Service was extremely slow! Food was good, but it took entirely too long. The restaurant was not busy. It appears to be understaffed. We dis not get refills on our drinks and had to wait 10 minutes for the check. In all fairness, our waitress had several tables. It appeared she desperately needed more help.

Stopped in for a bite yesterday. Manager Jessica took unbelievable care of us. She was bartender, server manager and everything. The food was pretty good. I couldn't get enough of the tortilla soup. This is a perfect stop on the way from Cincinnati to Nashville

This place is really awesome friendly staff and food is always fresh and I give a special thank you because I came here to propose to my boyfriend back in April. Jordan my boyfriend who is now my husband and my server and a few others helped out to make things just easy and really awesome so I can’t give enough stars for this location but it’s a good place to go and I would hold tight to that because I live in Cincinnati Ohio since I was born and there is only one location that I’ll go to because of how staff act and Myself like most people I prefer my food be hot when served.
