Peppers Toyota gave us information on things that we need to do because of our milage but did not push us to get it done immediately. I appreciated that. Had an oil change and all the filters changed.

Our salesperson, Amy, was very friendly and helpful during the entire buying process. I live about and hour and a half away from the dealership, and Amy reserved the vehicle for me while I drove to the location. She met me outside once I arrived, arranged a test drive, and even sat in the vehicle with me afterwards to answer all the questions I had. The buying process was smooth and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I do not work for Peppers. But I can tell you from my own personal experience as a potential customer this year, I felt my time was wasted and I went to Jackson to buy my new vehicle. Toyota doesn't offer impressive incentives IMO. Checking their website, the manufacturer is offering some vehicle finance and lease incentives with approved credit on certain models. Peppers' website shows new vehicle purchases are given a limited lifetime powertrain warranty at no additional cost. And Peppers has several new vehicle specials where they are offering an additional discount. If you are interested in a used purchase, that is a whole other ballgame. Best to call them and make an appointment. Expect to spend several hours here. Best of luck!
