Overly Simple

It’s nice when you get to a hotel and the person checking you in acts like they’re annoyed that you’re there. Great welcome. It looks like they are in the middle of remodeling. The stairway was full of construction dust, dirt, debris. I can make exceptions for that. The room was recently redone bed was comfortable paint looks nice furniture is OK. As soon as I walked in the door to the room. I was hit with a really strong odor of must and mildew. If I wouldn’t be so exhausted I would have gone and gotten a different room. But I was at the end of a 17 hour day. The floor look like it hadn’t been swept. There were droplets on the bathroom floor. I don’t even want to think about what it was but it was around the toilet so you do the math. And the shower had hair and dirt in it. All I can say is not a very good experience. Very disappointing hotel.

This was the worst experience in a motel I have ever had. It took us 2 hours to get checked in. They had taken the money out for the room but wanted to charge me again. After 2 hours they found there mistake and we didn't even receive an apology. Please pass this place up it's not worth the hassle. The people are rude, unprofessional and just not worth it.

After booking paying for the room my son gets there at 1 am traveling for. A job never once was he told when he booked he had to be 21 he couldnt be 18 until he got there ! And the lady in the front have asleep heing rude as hell ! They didnt want to refund ! Until i stepped in! So thanks to yall my child had to sleep in his vehicle !!!!

This hotel doesn't deserve the 1 star i gave it. Rude, condicinding owners. Charged me a different rate than quoted. Filthy room with broken shower doors and moldy refrigerator and they had the nerve to charge me 45/night yes per night for my dogs. Stayed in room 102. Huge language barrier They question everything you do as the live there, watch the cameras constantly and nickel and dime you to death.
