Edgewater @ Taylorsville Lake is so dope! Good vibes! With the low rates for big cottages it is so worth driving a few miles outside of lexington or Louisville. Fresh country air and very peaceful. The views over the Lake are breathtaking! Management is awesome! (Shout out Bethany 👊🏻) The pool was crystal clear and the hot tubs were just what you need after a good day fishing on Taylorsville Lake

Peaceful weekend getaway. Nice, clean cottage and equipped with everything you need. We will definitely return soon.

This is a very nice and clean gated community. The yards and walking areas were nicely maintained, as well as the pool and playground area. We learned that the cottages are privately owned, so if you’ve got a problem with the cottage itself, leave a review for THAT cottage. We can see the lake from our balcony and the staff has been nice to deal with. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a more isolated and quiet get away.

Be forewarned: Every rental is now at least 2 day minimum stay. Very disappointing as we've stayed there a few times in the past for just 1 day: Valentine's or anniversary. They would rather lose a 1 day paying customer n risk not getting 2 day booking
