Prior to posting this review I read all the other reviews and realize that this place of business has a lot of positive reviews. There is no doubt they are doing a lot of things right. However, my experience as a potential customer was not acceptable to me. I called the store to inquire about a refrigerator. I was looking for a specific style, size, and color that seems to be hard to find right now due to issues with the factories as related to COVID. It is very hard to find a french door unit in white. This store happened to have one in stock. However, the price they wanted was almost $500 more than the MSRP on the manufacture's website. They would not budge from their inflated price. The MSRP was right at $2000 and they wanted almost $2500! That is a 25% increase OVER MSRP! I just think it is sad that this business would take advantage of the COVID-19 crisis. For those that do not know the MSRP is the manufacture's suggested retail price and the price a dealer pays is well below that to allow a profit for the dealer. It is very common for a dealer to sell below MSRP.
