Just came through the drive through and the young lady with purple glasses at the window had amazinggg customer service. She was friendly and even made us chuckle with a little joke. The food was also hot and ready!

Huge Panda fan. This location hasn't had enough staff to open the dining room in over 2 years. Hours are incorrect always. They never have food. Line in drive-thru (the only way to order) takes about 5 minutes a car average (so if there are 10 cars in front of you, you wait 50 minutes) Terrible ownership. They should really feel ashamed at what they let it become.

This place has really gone downhill. I went last Friday after ordering online to pick up my order. Upon arrival I was told that they didn’t have what I ordered online and it will be a 30 minute wait for them to make it. It had already been 30 minutes since I placed my order. So at that point I wanted a refund. I was told I could not have a refund because it was an online order. As you know you can’t go inside and order at this location your choices are online or the drive-through which is usually stacked 15 cars deep. But mind you, it was 3:30 in the afternoon, there was no one in the drive-through and no one in the restaurant And the cook was behind the counter playing on his phone,yet they were out of food that I ordered online, not quite sure how that happened. Since I could not get a refund, I was told to bring my receipt back at another time and I would get my food and not have to pay for it. So I did that today. I went through the drive-through, everything was fine, get home and my 2 entrée plate only had one entrée and rice, half my food was not in there. I will not go again. I will drive up to the one on Veterans Memorial Highway 70 which is double the driving distance from this location.

This place used to be decent. Nothing spectacular worth noting but holy cow. If you want Panda, go to literally any other location. They are “out” of 5-6 items every time we go there. Not cups, chop sticks, a sauce. No it’s the freaking entrees. So you’re left with 2-3 to choose from and they still up charge you for that specific entree. I didn’t want it to begin with but our options are so limited. Want egg rolls? Nope. Super Greens? Literally never. Hey, all good. But there’s no “oh sorry, we’re out. It will be a 5 minute wait”. They just stop offering half of their menu whenever it suits them. It’s become very apparent that the main issue is laziness by the evening staff. The line wrapped around the building isn’t because they are busy. They are inefficient and could care less if their doors stay open (metaphorically of course, because ya know, they only open the dining room sporadically).
