I went to this location at 4:40 pm on Tuesday 5/17 to register my car. The lady that sits at the door told me that I had to come back tomorrow. She said that they close the door at 5:15 pm. I looked at my watch and told her that it was 35 mins until. All she said was that I could go to the Granite City location. I asked her if they stop taking people 35 minutes before as well. She said, No. They close there doors at 5:30. I said that I don’t want to drive there and they close early too. The Granite City experience was awesome. They need to teach this location a few things. They close their doors at the appropriate time.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE. So sloooow. Been waiting for over 2 hours and they won't give an estimate as to how much longer you have to wait. But they I guess they have to maintain the reputation of DMV's being slow as slugs. Trashy location.

Very Ghetto, staff very loud when trying to take any test on the computers that is sitting right at the door you are distracted by all the noise that the DMV worker and the security guard is making. Then when asked to close the door they act like they don’t hear you. Staff is low no one wants to work. I do not suggest you going there if you need to take any kind of driving test.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I arrived when the doors opened, around 7:30 on a Saturday morning. I got my driven licenses and was out within 20 to 25 mins. I give you 5 stars. Which is unbelievable for the ESL office. Team work makes the dream work.
