Diego has the worst customer service skills I have ever witnessed. He is always rude, never smiles, not welcoming at all. When you ask for help he tells you to go wait outside. Then he goes and changes the trash can while you wait for service. He truly doesn't care about the customer. Why he still has a job there is a reflection of the operator.

Your employees need to learn customer service skill. Both times I have been back there because it is conveniently by my house, your employees have been rude. Will not be coming back.

I did not get to deal with the tenant all I got what I can assume was a motion across the neck of an obesesse gentle man saying they were closed. I assume that cuase he was talking to the clerk and had pulled up in a Limo. I had driven for 10 hours and just needed to use the facilities while pumping my gas. I'm happy to call Laguna Niguel home now but will never patron this gas station again and will be more than happy to relay that information.
