Stunning setting, but more of a prolonged really steep rapid than a vertical waterfall.

Was hard going up there for a person who doesn't hike. But we made it.

Tough climb with a 1,500 ft elevation gain and a top elevation of 11,850 ft, but worth it. Get there by 7:30 at the latest because this is a popular trail. Just beautiful!

I read from outtherecolorado that its about a 5 mile hike (round-trip) with about 1k elevation gain.
