ordered a thin pepperoni pizza and when we opened it it had olives and mushrooms on it. called to see what they could do about it. the lady said “best i can do is make a new one or add credit to your account”. i asked her to please remake it for us and she said “ugh” and told me to hold on. she was rude and acted like it was my fault. she never once apologized and offered us anything else.

I have not had Pizza Hut in years but decided to get it for our Christmas Eve get together. I am so glad we did. Easy to preorder online, great customer service when I arrived to pick up, & the food was great!! We will definitely be back soon.

Never get my order quite right, but never inedible. Here’s my “ham” with jalapeño and pineapple. As you can see, no ham. Lol. Never raw, late, or demolished but never correct. A cheap and quick delivered meal on the east end great for busy work days.
