I have gone to the Avon Plainfield and Greencastle AutoZone. I've had a better experience at the Brazil auto parts store. That's not to say that the others didn't do their job. With the Brazil store I just give them part numbers they look it up no questions asked and if you have questions they'll do their best to answer them. they got good Folks at the Brazil store.

The staff were very professional and upfront with prices, what they can and cand do. The building was well organized and clean. They currently adhere to all Social Distancing requirements. They are currently doing diagnostics in the engine bay, but check engine light readouts must be done by the customer.

I needed to replace my mother's car battery that had gone dead after 2 years. They replaced it for free since it had a 3 year replacement warranty. I didn't have the receipt for the old one. Very satisfied.
