Been coming here for over 15 years. Last time they bring my salad with my dinner. Doesn't bring our free chips till our dinner is there. Even though I has ordered them far before that. And they have no idea how to produce orders for delivery drivers in a timely manner. This place has gone so far down hill it's laughable

I was kinda bummed. I love chili's but my baby back ribs were not cooked the way im use to .it seemed a little over cooked. Everything else was great.my waitress spent too much time talking to another table and it was frustrating that I had to wait so long just to tell her how I was not pleased. I would of ordered something else except for time ran out for us.

First time back to this Chili's in a while! Sat in the bar area and we really enjoyed our time here. Drinks came out quick, our server was very friendly and helpful and the food was great at a decent price. I got the chicken crispers (they tasted amazing) just know they are more crisp than they are chicken lol Also the deep dish cookie is sooo yummy.
