The food is good....when they have it. The service is awful 90% of the time. There is only one person that works there who is friendly and doesn't want to tell me all of her problems or talks about other employees while I'm waiting at the drive through. Everyone else acts like they are inconvenienced by everything. My last visit, i listened to the manager or shift lead girl yell at the drive through attendant for having the slider open too long. When my food was done, instead of handing it to me so i could leave, she sat it by the register until the attendant returned to the window. It would be much better if the staff understood that they work in a service industry.

To be in the state that close to Kentucky the chicken was okay but it wasn't up to par but most Kentucky fries haven't been up to par recently anyway it's just that I wanted some chicken and in Bedford that was only halfway decent place and close to my hotel the girl that waited on me she was very nice she was very helpful

I was just in there today. Around 3. I ordered 8 piece meal. All thighs. I got nice fast service. No wait no one else going through the drive through. I get home to unpack my meal and the chicken I got was the worse chicken I have ever got from anywhere!! The pieces are sooo little I thought they were wings and as hard as a rock!! Unbelievable. I will Never go back there. I called to complain and no one will answer the phone. Sad sad saf

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Everytime I order a Nashville sandwich, they either put the sauce on 1/4th of the sandwich or drench so much of it that the bun is also covered in sauce and there's a pool of sauce in the bag. I went there the other night as well and the employees were taking as much time as they could. Then they gave my order to another customer and had to remake the entire thing. The sandwich I got was cold and barely had any sauce on it. Just a generally horrible location with bad employees. Look at the picture to see the sorry excuse for chicken tenders they gave me. The sauce was powdery and it was one of the most disgusting things I've seen.
