While my roommates and I are only just beginning our lease, the staff at the Retreat have been so kind, prompt, and accommodating in helping us with any questions we throw at them. I am so glad my roommates and I signed as we can not wait to kick off the school year living in a location we feel safe and comfortable at! Thank you Retreat, and even more so Jonathan!

Not A Fan

Does not forward mail to new address. Called multiple times and was told that the mail was forwarded. Recieved heavy fines for letters not forwarded. Called recently and was told that mail was returned to sender. As a resident had a lot of issues with maintenance. Do not recommend. Update: The response I was given below was very different than what I was told on the phone and on move out after asking. I was told that my mail should have been forwarded to me. My most recent call I was told that it should have been returned to sender. Any issues I had during my stay there was already brought up before I moved out.

My roommates and I love living here. Everyone in the office is super helpful and respond in a timely manner. We will definitely be resigning until we graduate!

The retreat is one of the best apartments I have lived in during my college years. The staff is there to answer your concerns 24/7. It is a safe environment and I have never felt uncomfortable coming in late from night classes. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a home away from home!
