This location is under new ownership and you can definitely tell. Very well stocked store with fresh food always available. Friendly employees and most importantly very clean inside and out.

Kind of new to the area decided to stop in to get drinks and gas... was going to order food until I realize there was a minor child in the kitchen just hanging out around what looks to be a hot grill and deep fryers.. I'm not sure if this company realize how much of a safety hazard that is to have a small child just hanging out around sharp objects and hot grills.. Then when I spoke up to say something Bout the child being in there I was told to mind my business from the young lady who I believe child it was Amber.. I think employees should be trained properly on customer service.. cause her attitude was very nasty and unprofessional... and she was completely out of order to have a child in the kitchen... dash in needs to do better...

Absolutely terrible. Stay away from this place! My husband and I stopped there while on our road trip and my husband bought some food while I was in the restroom. Afterwards, I bought 2 small cakes worth $3 in total, the nice cashier asked if I needed a bag but I said No because I already knew that my husband has a bag with food from this store. So I went to him and put the cake in his bag. Suddenly, this rude store attendant accused me very loudly, in the most humiliating and appalling manner for "STEALING" $3 worth of cakes. I was mortified, that was the first time I was ever accused of stealing, and my husband was outraged. This employee kept yelling her big mouth away about how she "saw" us take the cake and put it in the bag without paying (a big lie). I ignored her and went up to the cashier so that she could prove that I paid for my purchase and didn't steal it (no, I didn't take a receipt for cakes worth $3 paid with a credit card, now I wish I did..) and she supported me against this attendant who has a terrible attitude problem and hugely inflated ego. The manager got involved and told the employee to apologize for defaming me in front of everyone, and this "poor excuse for a human being" could not even face me to apologize properly without glaring at me, after putting me through such a terrible experience. My husband demanded that the attendant should look at me and apologize properly after offending me so deeply. We left the store with our purchases and the offensive attendant was still running her mouth, right in front of the manager. I truly hope she gets fired for being such a terrible customer service employee. So, by all means, if you want to be falsely accused of stealing small petty items, do stop by at this store with the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. There are just some situations in life that are unacceptable, and dealing with such horrible store attendants is an example of it. Update: I filled out the feedback form and Dash In reached out to me for more information on the incident. They promised that they would look into the Baltimore franchise and the employees involved so that the situation can be rectified. I appreciate that my efforts were not in vain. Customer service is a very important aspect of business, from the management at the top all the way down to the store employees at a gas station. I really hope they hire better employees because Baltimore was a beautiful visit for me (aside from this incident of course).

Have not been to this location yet. The website said that it didn't carry tobacco products. I just called and they do ? Reason I'm leaving this review is because they just opened up about 1 month ago. However I see negative comments from 5,3 and 1 year ago. At that time it was just an extension of the Shell station. That was a totally different place. The Dash-in in is a brand new completely different store. I don't work for this place but I believe that they should get a fair review, not one of the old Shell convince store that did have bad service. I will be going there tomorrow to get my smokes and try the food. Then I will leave a very honest review about this new Dash-in. 🙉🙊🙈 KD I see your reply about the tobacco perhaps when I checked the website it wasn't showing the new information yet Perhaps it was still the old Shell station info well that doesn't make any sense because they carry cigarettes I don't know no worries thanks for getting back to me I appreciate it. Adding to my review now, have not had any time. I walk to this location every day! Highly recommended and I'm hard to please.
