The staff was fantastic (specially Blake) and it was very easy to work with them. They explained everything nicely and even told me about the pick up service to the body shop I was working with. When it was time for me to get my car back from the shop, all I had to do was leave my car there, give them a call and the took care of the rest. They made my experience very easy and simple. Kudos to the entire Team!

Bad Customer Service…I wish I could give this place 0 stars They don’t like to work at this office. I called them trying to open a Commercial Account but I was informed by the Manager on duty January 28, 2022 it’s to much work that has to be done to open an account mind you I was misinformed about how opening an account with Enterprise goes so when I called today to open the account that manager has a bad attitude and he hung up in my face.. This is not the place to go if you’re looking for Great Customer Service and please read other reviews about this location. And yes I will be contacting there Corporate Office.

New management needed! Location is good Staff were good(one exception). Over the phone customer support also good. Overall good experience with one catastrophic exception. Max the “manager” was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Very unprofessional and completely untrustworthy. Rude and obnoxious as well. The list goes on and on. If you like your car rental with unprofessionalism and flat out rudeness make sure you deal with Max the “manager”. All the unauthorized charges to your credit card is just an added bonus when dealing with Mr. Max the “manager”. I will never use enterprise Rent-A-Car again because of and only because of Max Greyman the “manager”.
