The foods are great, but they seems to be shorthanded, it looks like there are only 3 people working at the time. I ordered ahead to be pick up by 5:50pm, I went there 6:00pm to make sure it was ready by the time I get there, but they didn't start getting the order until I got there and waited additional 10 mins for it. I can see the employees are busy running around nonstop, and there are even people waiting to place their order. I don't blame them for not having it ready. Normally, I don't mind waiting a bit, just I happened to need to run to a different errand and that extra wait made me late. Just be warned that they seems to be very short-handed.

On 4/6/22 at 1:17pm I had the worst drive thru experience. First of all I waited almost 25 min on the line. The attender: 155 Carla.R was super rude.. I understand that the store might not have some items available on the menu. But she could have simply said .. Welcome and I’m sorry but we only have chicken and sides available nothing else on the menu. She waited till I asked for 3 different meals and denied me. When I finally got to the window she said nothing she took my card. Passed me my bag and Turned around never giving me my drink. So I was waiting for her to return with it and 2 mins later she shows up.. no drink and I said excuse me can I have my drink? She asked me what I ordered and I said Fanta orange And she finally returns with it.. Seriously If you dont like your job get another. I wasted my all my lunch hour on the line and when I finally reached her she was the one slowing down the whole drive tru with her lack of customer service skills.

Worst experience ever!!! Bought a double chicken tostada salad, and they served me old dry chicken. Drove back to ask for a replacement, and the kiddo told me: "We served you that because that's all we had." Then he went to the back and made fun of the situation when asked by the crew why I had returned the salad. Laughing, he said "she doesn't want it because the chicken is too dry." Also, this person was grabbing the lettuce for other orders with bare hands after handling money from the register. To top it off, another client asked him for some napkins and laughing at her, he told her that at this location they don't have napkins. Not returning to this location ever!!!

Came here for lunch here is a simplified list of everything wrong, -Cilantro not cut -No Napkins -Chicken way too charred on half -Salty Salty Salty Churro's -Finally a very sharp little bone that was almost swallowed, They got two stars because its hot and they gave us large drinks because it seemed they were out of all other sizes.
