If there was an option to leave zero stars I would. I pull up and order thru drive thru, I could not even understand the lady. I order shrimp combo with 2 tenders and fries, Dr. Pepper. When I pulled up to the window the lady was rude, handed me my drink did not even bother to give me straw. She had attitude entire time looking at me mean and rude. Seems like she was mad that I even came thru. I get my order there was 7 shrimp total, no honey she did not even bother to ask me about the sauces. If I could do a survey I would but there is no survey code on the receipt. Food especially shrimp tasted chewy dry, tenders were dry. It was almost like it was leftovers from last night and re heated. I will never go there again, lesson learned. Very disappointed, my dog would not even eat it!!

I am not sure what the deal is here. It honestly looks like all of the employee's quit and the actual owners of the store are now working the front lines. Either way the service has gotten horrible. If you go at night be prepared to literally wait 25-45 mins to get through the drive-through. These new workers are Rude and take each order one at a time and do not move to even take down the order for the next person until the first person got their food. That is not how a drive through was designed to work. If these new people are the owners it says a lot about how they treat their employee's if are forced to work the front lines. I will never be going back to this one on big timber again. If this is how much you care about your store you might as well just pack it in because this is not going to last.

Stopped twice the last week to get the amazing chicken sandwich but they are still out! Once you're in the drive thru, you can't just turn around so I settled for the 3 strip combo. I cannot believe what they actually gave me and called it a 3 pc. It looks like they took one strip and divided it up into 3 pieces and called it a meal. Seriously Popeye?! I didn't order nuggets.
