My recent stay here was excellent- I enjoyed the courteous service I received. This hotel is definitely a place to stay if you're visiting Elgin. The front-desk staff was friendly and very understanding. They were helpful, and made me feel like I was a good customer. They're customer-service friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my weeklong stay here while relocating for work. This place is a definite to stay at for sure.

Rooms were large and clean; ours included a mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, Keurig coffee maker. We planned to get breakfast but no one was there to pay so we couldn't use this service. We ended up going nearby to breakfast - there is at least one place within walking distance and several options if you have a car.

Well is the 2nd time I stayed there and the room was great was big ti accommodate my gaming system. The bed was very comfortable pillows were ample best night sleep I had in the last 3 months. Bathroom were clean Showers were very hot. I had the breakfast buffet for $11.95, the food was very good and a good variety. This will be my christ place to stay. It was very convenient location for me to navigate to my family's functions. Thank you to the staff for giving me such a great stay.

Our first time here. Friendly front desk staff. Our room was amazingly clean! Pool was titanic cold but we asked the front desk to turn on the heaters and they did. Hot tub was amazing! They did charge a $50 fee which stinks. I did notice MOLD on the heater/air conditioner. Morning breakfast was not too bad. But over all we would definitely come back!
