Yesterday during our cross country trip, my steering went out on my SUV. We called this office to make a reservation at 4pm (they didn’t close until 5:30). They were going to pick me up and take me back to pick up the rental. Well 1 hour later, they were a no show! Called the office several times and they would hang up on us literally 3 times she hung up on us. Terrible customer service. So here we are stuck at a rest stop and no car. It took for the new manager to call me back after 6 pm to say he was sorry and he would close up the store to come get us. If it wasn’t for him we would have been stranded on the side of a highway. Thanks to the manager but I would recommend you find more competent employees with much better customer service. Because those females do not have it! Horrible

We had a great experience with enterprise. We encountered a few hick ups, but Alex made sure to make everything right and we were completely satisfied before we drove off the lot. Upon returning, they called us the next day making sure our experience was up to par and issued back our deposit. We will definitely be returning customers.!
