My dinner box was burned at the edges,no dipping sauce,pizza was dry and light on sauce.

We received a message our order was out for delivery at 7pm. We never received any notification that it was ever delivered. Then well after 8pm a neighbor from across the street showed up with our pizza. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong home. So not only was our pizza freezing cold by the time we got it, but got delivered to the wrong house. Sitting outside for who knows how long. The neighbor wasn't even sure if we were the ones who ordered it as there was no slip or information. Thankfully he brought it over and guessed correctly to which neighbor it was. Horrible service. Update: I emailed the person who responded to my review. I provided her the receipt number, date, time, location, etc. Her response was for me to give her more personal information, like my home address and credit card info, and it was from a 3rd party not anyone from Pizza Hut or that location. Definitely sounded suspect. I'm not going to entertain that. I thought they were interested in addressing the issue. Guess not.

The food comes hot and looking wonderful ! Perfect amount of toppings yay !!! Ty also the delivery lady was very nice and had a great attitude !!!

I used the mobile app to order my food. My order was ready upon arrival. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. She asked if I needed anything else for my order. It was a quick and easy process.
