Was a little freaked out when we arrived, seemed to be quite a few individuals just skulking around in the parking lot, but the room was adequate and provided a place for our family to rest for the night. The man at the front desk was extremely friendly and even cooked us and all the guests fresh eggs and sausage for breakfast! Kudos to him and the limited staff for keeping the hotel running.

Positive: Easy access. Negative: No coffee cups in the lobby for morning coffee. The continental breakfast did not have many choices. Warm things were empty. We were down there at 8:30 am. Had to call office for toilet paper. Room key did not always work in outside door.

We have booked a room a couple different times. I like the room we stay in. I love that I can just relax and I sleep very well when we stay. Front desk clerk is so nice to us. He always ask if we are comfortable or if we need anything.

Great hotel to stay if you want to get away just to relax, or check out the local activities from the beautiful Maquoketa Caves, to the 61 Drive In theater or the cool antique shop Paradise Antiques. They have a awesome dog park with the best little diner right , City Limits across from it .the hotel itself is always so clean and fresh smelling, modern with comfy beds , lots of pillows from soft to hard . Always a quite nights sleep and Steve the manager along with Kylee in housekeeping go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay .
