Drive thru was closed before 845 pm and it isn't supposed to be closed until 9:30 pm. Not very happy with customer service and rude employees.

I've both worked here and dined here. As an ex-employee, no one here really cares about each other, or the customers. Upper management couldn't give two cents about their employees. The employees themselves are super disrespectful to each other and to customers. As a customer, the prices are ridiculously too high and times have changed, for the worst. Charged for water, the food is never cooked correctly, and the ice cream is always melting by the time it's given out. All in all, this place either needs to close, or they need a firmer hand in management. It's no longer good food or smiles. It's a terrible place to eat from now, and I'm sad to say that.

This isnt the first time this has happened I ordered my food and then have to wait 15 minutes toget it. Which shouldnt take that long when it is me and one other customer. The take food back to work since you only have a specific amount of time to take break to find out you dont have all of your order. Then you call to tell them your order was not correct ok we can put your name on the board the next time you come through remind them the previous order to get credit. If they cant get first one correct who says they will get this one right. With as bad as the service is and has been for awhile they might as well close this store. And by the way it isnt like the order was that difficult it was a chicken strip basket.

I personally don't know why it is social hour for all the teenagers that work there. They care more about talking and having a good time than the quality of the food they are putting out. I wish I could get paid to have a good time and play on my phones while work than anything else. If you yourself would not eat the food your putting out. Do not serve it and remake it. Apologize for the wait but over all I would love to wait for good food than not.
