Stopp by since I seen they were open at 9pm. I waited in the drive thru at the menu and never was greeted so I said hello no one answered. Pulled around to the drive way window. After one of the workers seen me I was told they are out of everything. But while leaving I noticed there was about four customers inside picking up food. The lights were on the menu and no sigh telling there was no food left. Complete waste of time and they were open until 10pm.

We have always had good service and food except for April 10, 2022. Waited at drive up for 2 minutes. I had to ask if anyone was there. A female voice mumbled something. Waited 5 minutes in line and still no one took our order. Saw only 1 person at the window. I guess they don't have enough employees.

Every time I’ve been here in the past year there’s been an issue. They ‘close’ super early due to short staffing… most of the time there are several employees in the store that announce that they are closed through the speaker. They’re always rude and the people here do not want to do their jobs. Many months ago I came at 9pm with a mobile order and they told me when I got to the window that they made my food, threw it away, and refused to remake it because they were about to leave. They put me on a list to pick up my order the next morning. The next morning I get my food and it’s completely wrong… and I wait net to the store for 45 mins to get the right order. Months after that, I showed up with another mobile order at 7pm just for the store to be completely shut down. I asked for a refund with popeyes online support and they were just terrible and incompetent. They said they would refund me. I never got the money back. Today, I show up at 8:30 and they tell us through the speaker that they are closed. We tell them I have a mobile order. They made our food anyways. It makes no sense but I’m grateful. They are out of tons of items also. I hope these employees can find better jobs, and the company/owners needs to shut this place down… no idea how they make enough revenue to stay in business. Just don’t waste your time & money coming here.

I went through the drive thru and was told that I had to wait 7 min for the chicken tenders which was good because that means they were fresh. The food was good, but the sprite needed new syrup. I told the lady when she brought out our food but didn't seem too worried about it
