Service was great. The boy at the window was really nice but as far as speed, I was there in the drive through for at least 20 minutes and the food wasn't really that good. Not like it usually is

Upon reopening after the fire, a clean slate of staff has turned DQ around. The food is in much better shape, the staff is friendlier and the overall environment of the dining area is MUCH better.

1st they didn't get all of my order. Then charged me more for my order because they didn't apply a deal that they had on The drive-through menu when they added the missed items. When brought up they got an attitude and didn't want to fix it. Then to make the situation worse a worker He was standing about 10' back from the window looked at me and said "thanks for choosing Dairy Queen HAHA" and Walked off to try and look cute in front of the other workers.

I asked for a 4 piece honey barbecue chicken strip basket the girl said she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up and after I did she or he was very rude , literally was a bunch of 16 year olds running the restaurant. After 25 minutes in the line when I receive my food all of my hot foods were cold , my ice cream in my blizzard were both melted, and literally barbecue sauce was POURED on my chicken. I work in customer service so I usually don’t complain about stuff like this especially when it’s close to close, but this was just ridiculous and it was past close so I could even get my order remade smh .
